The location and cleanliness were amazing! The staff made our stay extra pleasant, especially Darren, who was always eager to assist and keep the place tidy. The shuttle service was a great perk, taking us to dinner and back without a hitch.
Breakfast could use some improvement.

The location's proximity to downtown attractions makes it a convenient spot for exploring the area. Specific amenities like a fitness center and free coffee throughout the day add a nice touch for those needing a caffeine fix.
Upon arriving, the bathroom hygiene left something to be desired, with unkempt areas and an exhaust fan that didn't work. Heating was hit or miss, with some guests reporting cold showers during peak hours. The restaurant also didn't do too well. cold food and inadequate service were mentioned enough that they left a sour taste, quite literally. It can get noisy, too, especially if your room faces the busy street outside–a bit distracting if you're trying to unwind.

During my stay for a short vacation, I enjoyed the helpful shuttle service that made getting to nearby restaurants a breeze. The staff was attentive and friendly, and my room was spacious and clean. However, the breakfast offerings could definitely use some improvement as they were a bit underwhelming. Overall, the cleanliness and service made my stay pleasant.

Last minute lifesaver!
After a long drive and some hotel drama, I landed here. Amy at the front desk was super chill and helped me get a room fast, which totally saved my day! The beds were comfy, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was decent too. The whole place is close to downtown, but I would def take the shuttle after dark.

Clean room and comfy beds!
Spent a night here and loved the location—easy drive to Arkansas Children's Hospital. The staff was super friendly, and our room was spotless. The beds were really comfy too! Only issue? We heard a bunch of noise from the freeway, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast options were a bit limited though.
